Pest control for family

Eco Premium Service Plan:

The Eco Premium plan is a year-round maintenance service that takes the hassle of pest control out of your hands.  This service plan targets the prevention of carpenter ants, small ants, spiders, bees, wasps, hornets, silverfish, centipedes, millipedes, mice and rats in and around your home. The Eco Premium plan incorporates three scheduled service visits per year. The first two services are seasonal treatments scheduled from April-September. The third visit is a winter service between January-March. During or in between any of these visits, if issues should arise with any of the covered pests on the Eco Premium plan, simply give us a call and we will promptly return to resolve these issues at no additional cost.

What we do:

  • Inspect: Perform a complete exterior inspection to identify conditions conducive to pest activity.

  • Prevent: Treat specific exterior areas that are vulnerable to attack by pests (foundation, eaves, overhangs, window/door frames, around decking, porch areas). Remove unsightly cobwebs and wasp combs outside your structure within reach.

Each service visit on the Eco Premium Plan holds a very special part in preventing pests from entering your home.

  • Spring Service: Designed to prevent emerging spring pests from gaining entry to your structure, our extensive exterior inspection and treatment program is focused on anticipating and preventing pest problems before they happen.

  • Late Summer Service: This service is focused on managing and eliminating pest populations that may have become established around your structure.  This service is also in preparation for the colder weather where insects and pests will seek shelter in the warmth of your structure in order to survive.

  • Winter Service: Perform thorough exterior inspection of a home to locate areas accessible to pests. Small gaps or entry points at the foundation will be sealed to help prevent rodent/pest entry. Larger gaps or seal up that are more advanced will be shown to the homeowner and recommended to a contractor for repair.

At every visit, your highly trained service specialists will alert you if they find any problem areas that may need your attention.
